Engineer newsletter competition terms and conditions

1 How to participate

1.1 You must submit your entry via the BOXT website to enter this competition.

1.2 All entries must be completed in full to comply with the competition rules otherwise they will be void and will not be entered into the competition.

1.3 Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Entries over the maximum number will be void and will not be entered into the competition.

2 Duration

The Competition will start on the date the BOXT engineer newsletter is published and end two (2) weeks thereafter (or such other longer period as Boxt may decide in its sole discretion).

3 Winner

The winner of the prize draw will be the first entrant randomly selected from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions.

4 Prize

4.1 The prize will be specified on the entry form. There is no cash alternative for the prize and BOXT reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative in its sole discretion.

4.2 The prize is non-transferable and does not include any additional costs and expenses.

5 Restrictions and requirements

All entrants must have an active account on the BOXT Installer App.

6 Notification of the results and receipt of the prize

6.1 BOXT will notify the winner by email on or before the publication of the next BOXT engineer newsletter.

6.2 The winner will be sent their prize following notification of their win at a time and in a manner to be agreed between them (acting reasonably), or to the address notified to BOXT by the entrant on the BOXT installer App.

7 Publicity and personal information

7.1 BOXT will use your personal information only in accordance with these terms and conditions and our privacy policy.

7.2 As a minimum, the surname and county of the winner will be published in the next BOXT engineer newsletter to indicate that a valid award took place.

7.3 You acknowledge that you may be asked to participate in publicity if you are selected as a winner.

8 General

8.1 This competition is operated by BOXT Limited, 3320 Century Way, Thorpe Park, Colton, Leeds, LS15 8ZB.

8.2 While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit BOXT’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, BOXT will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to BOXT or to the entrant at the time of entry to the competition or which are caused by a third party.

8.3 The competition will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
