If your boiler stops working, make sure you let us know as soon as possible via our website, or if you’d prefer you can call us on 0800 193 7777. As part of your BOXT Life subscription we will arrange a repair visit from one of our expert Gas Safe engineers. Your plan includes unlimited repairs until the problem is resolved.

BOXT will replace the boiler at no cost to you if it breaks down and can’t be fixed during the term of the subscription.

As your boiler approaches the due date for its annual service you will be sent a reminder and asked to book a service at your convenience through the website, or if you prefer you can call us on 0800 193 7777. We need to ensure we are able to service the boiler each year in order to maintain your BOXT Life subscription. 

No, our BOXT Life offering is a subscription plan. Think of it like you’re leasing the boiler from BOXT, with the added benefit that we will sort it out if anything goes wrong.

If you are struggling to make your payments, in the first instance please speak to one of our BOXT Team on 0800 193 7777. If you don’t make your payments it may affect your credit score. 

You will need to be the homeowner or landlord of the property and over the age of 18. If you’re looking to move home in the near future or foresee a change of circumstances this may not be the most suitable option for you.
