BOXT Black Friday 2024 Terms and Conditions

The Promoter is BOXT Limited company registered number 08086606. 

Promotion Period

• The BOXT Black Friday promotion runs from 29th November 00:01 to 2nd December 00:00. All orders must be placed during this period to qualify for any discount or special offer.
• All quotes generated that have had the code applied within the promotion period will be honored for 30 days from the date the quote was generated.
• Purchases made outside this period will not qualify for the promotion.

Eligibility

• This promotion is open to residents of the UK who are 18 years of age or older.
• Employees of BOXT Ltd, their families, agents, or anyone professionally associated with this promotion are not eligible to participate.

Discount Codes

• Discount codes will be provided on the website during the promotion period, the customer will need to enter the Black Friday discount code to receive a discount on the Vaillant boiler. The code is “Vaillant150”
• Only one discount code can be applied per transaction.
• Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount unless otherwise specified.
• Customers will receive a free cuddly toy with every qualifying purchase made during the promotional period.
• A "qualifying purchase" is defined as a purchase of any Vailant Boiler (listed below) from BOXT Ltd.
• The free cuddly toy is limited to one per qualifying transaction, regardless of the number of products purchased.
• Discount only applies to a new Vailant boiler purchase

Availability and delivery of gifts 

• The free cuddly toy is available while stocks last.
• The cuddly toy will be included in the shipment of the qualifying product(s).
• Once stock of the cuddly toy has been depleted, Boxt Ltd is under no obligation to provide a replacement gift, issue compensation, or fulfill the offer in any other form.
• Customers are advised that stock levels are limited, and receiving the gift is not guaranteed, even within the promotional period.

• Discounts cannot be applied to orders placed prior to the promotion starting.

Limitations

• All offers are subject to availability. BOXT reserves the right to modify or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Discount codes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• In the event of a return or cancellation, the customer will not receive a refund for the value of the discount applied.
• Offer is not applicable on BOXT Life.

Cancellation and Refunds

• If you cancel or return an order that uses a discount code, the value of the code will not be refunded or replaced.
• All refunds will be processed according to our standard refund policy, which can be found https://www.boxt.co.uk/terms-and-conditions. 

Statutory Rights

• Your statutory rights are not affected by this offer.

Changes and Updates

• BOXT reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, including the right to terminate or modify the promotion without notice.

Liability 

• BOXT Ltd accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, or damaged gifts once they have been dispatched.
