TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Promoter

   1. This promotion is operated by BOXT Limited (company number 08086606) of 3320 Century Way, Thorpe Park, Colton, Leeds, LS15 8ZB  ("Promoter").

2. Eligibility

   1. The title of the giveaway is: "BOXT Google Nest Mini Giveaway”.

   2. The free gift promotion ("Promotion") is open to customers who make a qualifying purchase during the promotional period, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

   3. A qualifying purchase is described as any new boiler purchase & installation when accompanied by the code ‘FREEGOOGLEMINI’. This includes all standard boiler installations.

   4. By entering the giveaway, you confirm that you are eligible to do so. This giveaway is available for customers in England, Scotland and Wales aged 18 years or over, except: (i) employees of BOXT or either of their respective holding or subsidiary companies; (ii) employees of agents or suppliers of BOXT or their respective holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the giveaway or its administration; or (iii) members of the immediate families or households of (i) and (ii) above.

   5. By using the code ‘FREEGOOGLEMINI’, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

3. Promotional Period

   1. The giveaway will run from 22nd January 2025 until 28th February 2025 or until stock lasts. 

   2. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

4. Free Gift Details & Limited Availability

   1. The free gift is a Google Nest Mini (“Gift”) 

   2. Gifts are available strictly while stocks last. BOXT Ltd. cannot guarantee the availability of the Gift during the promotional period.

   3. Once all allocated stock of the Gift has been distributed, the Promotion will end immediately without prior notice.

   4. BOXT will allocate these Google Nests on a first-come first-served basis. Please note, The Prize is not negotiable or transferable, and there is no cash alternative.

   5. There is a limit of one Google Nest per boiler purchase.

   6. To use your Google Nest Mini, you will need a Wi-Fi connection, smart phone and Google account. Please read Google’s Safety and Regulatory guidelines for more information: https://support.google.com/product-documentation/answer/7055908?hl=en.

5. Delivery of the Prize

   1. All giveaway prizes will be packaged in our warehouse alongside your new boiler and its components, then be delivered to your property for your engineer to install.

   2. BOXT will not accept responsibility for any Google Nests that are delayed in transit regardless of cause.

6. Limitation of liability

   1. The company accepts no responsibility for Gifts lost, damaged, or delayed during delivery where applicable.

   2. The company will not be liable for any claims, losses, or damages incurred as a result of participating in this Promotion.

7. Data Protection and Publicity

   1. BOXT may use your personal information for marketing purposes, but only if you consented to this when purchasing your boiler online. For more information about how BOXT collects and processes personal data please refer to BOXT's Privacy Policy at https://www.boxt.co.uk/privacy-policy. 

8. General & Governing Law

   1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the prize draw.

   2. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend any or all of the Prize Draws, or to amend these terms and conditions, where (in the reasonable discretion of the Promoter) it considers it necessary to do so.

   3. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
